Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At George Hill Publisher, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative services. Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of our work, all sales are generally final. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot and begin work. This deposit covers initial research, planning, and resource allocation. It is non-refundable under any circumstances, including client-initiated cancellations.

3. Eligibility for Partial Refund

A partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit may be considered if:

• The project has not yet entered the active production phase
• George Hill Publisher is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal reasons
• A written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment (excluding the deposit)

Partial refunds will reflect work completed up to the cancellation date and are issued at George Hill Publisher's sole discretion.

4. No Refund After Delivery

Once final deliverables have been sent to the client, no refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with the final work, we encourage you to contact us — we will work with you to address concerns through revisions within the agreed scope.

5. Revision Policy

We include a set number of revision rounds in every project. Dissatisfaction that can be addressed through revisions does not qualify for a refund. We strongly encourage clients to provide detailed feedback at each stage to ensure the final product meets expectations.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting George Hill Publisher to resolve the issue is considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting documentation of services rendered.

7. How to Request a Refund
